Approved Nuts-and-Bolts Programs
The following is a list of programs offered in the community whose content has already demonstrated its acceptability to MC3 for compliance with the Litigation Nuts-and-Bolts training requirement:
- Southern California Mediation Association [NS100]
- Center for Civic Mediation - Los Angeles County Bar Association [NC100]
- Paralegal Studies with Concentration in Litigation, ABA approved - University of California, Los Angeles [NL100]
- Law 1232, Pepperdine Law School [NP100]
Applicants who completed one of these courses or programs will not have to submit proof of the content of the course. All other applicants seeking to satisfy the Litigation Nuts-and-Bolts standard should submit proof of the content of their course or program, and once approved, that course or program will be added to this list.
